Shipping & Delivery Policy

Happy Planting hereinafter also refered to as “HP” operates only within Delhi / NCR.
The orders are shipped to the buyers through our logistic partner/s, courier companies and/or speed post (hereinafter referred as Shippers).
Orders are generally handed over to the Shippers within seven to fourteen business days of order acceptance. Deliveries of the orders are subject to norms of the Shippers. Happy Planting guarantee is limited to handing over the consignment to the Shippers within seven to fourteen business days from the date of the order and payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and HP shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the Shippers.
The Shipping is free over Rs.999. Standard delivery charge of Rs.99 is added to all orders below Rs.999. The prices listed for all the items are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay. All payments are payable at time you place your order except when you choose the COD (cash on delivery) mode of payment.  Delivery of all orders shall be made at the registered address of the buyer as per the credit/debit card unless otherwise specified at the time of Ordering.
Please appreciate that logistics for handling of live plants is very sensitive and require dedicated service and handling procedures. It requires receipt of the order in the first delivery attempt. We will notify you two days in advance via phone or text regarding your scheduled delivery date. Our logistics person will reach you to deliver the order on that specified date. The buyer will make arrangements to receive the delivery on that scheduled date. If the order is not received at second attempt then the order comes back to our warehouse. Our customer care executive will then get in touch with you to inform about the non-delivery. The order will be cancelled and your refund, if any, as per our Policy will be processed thereafter. Scheduled delivey after the second attempt will be chargeable again for a sum of Rs.99 extra. 
Happy Planting shall not be responsible for any damage to the order after it is received at the delivery address.
