Return & Cancellation policy

At Happy Planting we value and believe in meeting customer requirements and enhancing customer satisfaction on best endeavor basis. Our cancellation and Return policy is guided by this belief.
Cancellation requests are to be made within a maximum period of 24 hours of placing an order.  Also, in case the order has been shipped from our/ our vendor’s warehouse then cancellation request would not be considered. 
In respect of acceptance of cancellation of the order, buyer would receive refund of the amount paid as below:
  1. For orders cancelled within 24 hours of order acceptance amount paid would be refunded after deducting a nominal processing fee of Rs 100/order.
  2. For orders cancelled after 24 hours of order acceptance but before the shipment, a stores credit voucher equal to value of the order after deducting a processing fee of Rs 100/ order will be issued to you. 
  3. No refund would be made after the order has been shipped.
Decision of the Happy Planting regarding cancellation/refund shall be final and binding on the buyer.
It is our mission to select healthy plants, carefully inspect the pots and its packaging so as to ensure a quality product reaches our customers. Our systems and procedures are designed to ensure that your order is delivered at consignee address without any damage. In spite of that, because of fragile and delicate nature of some products, the transit damage cannot be ruled out completely.
In the unlikely event of items received being not the one ordered or of lower quality or damaged (excluding normal transit wear and tear) the buyer must notify our Customer Service team within 24 hours of receipt of the item at our customer care email info@happyplanting.in.
Along with your complaint please furnish reference details with pictures of the order, products and your complaint. Our customer relation team would check the returned item pictures, evaluate the complaint, take apt decision and would inform you within 24 hours of receipt of product in our warehouse.

In the event where product delivered being of lower quality or damaged, Happy Planting would either replace the product with same type of product of equal value or provide the full refund. The buyers are informed to register only genuine complaint about the quality as our customer relation team will evaluate its authenticity.
The management of Happy Planting shall be the final authority regarding refund. Its decision shall be final and binding on the buyer.
Please do not accept products with damaged or tampered packaging. Orders accepted by the customer shall not be refunded. Products should be returned unused and in its original packaging along with the original invoice. Please ensure that the return package should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of the product in transit.
